Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

A: We currently ship via DHL. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 45 EUROS. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the shipping address.



Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact method you chose when you placed your order.



Q: MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?

A: If you are having trouble with your discount code, please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other current offers, sales or promotions.



Q: MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Please contact your local DHL carrier. If, after contacting the carrier, you still need help locating your order, please contact us at contact@bijouxmanoribel.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.



Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

A: Once your order is complete, a confirmation email containing the details of your order will be sent to you. Once your order is complete, you will be transferred to a confirmation page with your order number. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our support team at contact@bijouxmanoribel.com.



Q: I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

A: Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you would like to change anything in your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will still be available.



Q: DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURNED ITEMS? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

A: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received an email within 7 business days of receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at contact@bijouxmanoribel.com and we will be happy to assist you.



Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible and provide us with a photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with a return label so that you can send your item back. Please note that we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the item has been shipped or washed.

01. The order

I have very sensitive skin and a nickel allergy. Can I still wear your jewelry?
Yes, all Manoribel jewelry is nickel-free and therefore perfect for sensitive skin. Jewelry is skincare too, so choose yours carefully.

Is it possible to take a bath with the jewellery?
Yes, because all of our jewelry is water resistant and does not fade over time. However, we recommend that you be careful and limit contact with water in order to preserve their shine for a long time.

Is it possible to sleep with jewelry on?
As long as they don't bother you, there's no problem. Our jewelry is designed to last you all day. However, we advise you not to wear them while sleeping all the time in order to preserve their shine for a long time.
